Insurance

 For "Out of Network" benefits we can and will provide Superbill documentation that will allow you to file for allowed reimbursement from your insurance company.  Many insurance companies have client portals that make this process fairly straightforward.  If you have questions about your Out of Network benefits please reach out, we can have our billing team check with your insurance for what that benefit amount looks like so that you can make an informed decision.  

We are paneled with several insurances in both Florida and New Hampshire including Cigna, Aetna, UMR, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, Optum, Florida Blue, MaineHealth, Martin's Point, and other insurances are currently in the process of paneling.

 Copays are determined based upon insurance coverage and due at the time of service.  We require that a credit/debit card will be kept on file and services will be billed at the end of session.  

Intake sessions are longer 90 minute appointments and involve reviewing your intake paperwork, history, identifying treatment objectives and beginning the development of a collaborative treatment plan.  Intake sessions are $225.  

Standard sessions are 60 minutes and are billed at $160 per session.

Federal Law requires that clients electing "self pay" be provided a Good Faith Estimate for services.  You may request an updated Good Faith Estimate at any time.  You may review the No Surprises Act by following the link below.

Your session time is held specifically for you.  There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy so that if you are unable to attend an appointment there is an opportunity to offer the time to another.  Cancellations under 24 hours will be billed at the time of cancellation or missed appointment.

We understand that sometimes emergencies come up.  If an emergency arises that requires you to miss your appointment please reach out.  Accommodations may be available.
