Eight Winds Wellness LLC is paneled with several insurances in both Florida and New Hampshire:

Florida:

Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, Lucet, Optum, and Tricare

New Hampshire:

Optum, Wellsense, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Martin's Point, Amerihealth Caritas

For "Out of Network" benefits we can, and will ,provide Superbill documentation that will allow you to file for allowed reimbursement from your insurance company.  Many insurance companies have client portals that make this process fairly straightforward.  If you have questions about your Out of Network benefits please reach out, we can have our billing team check with your insurance for what that benefit amount looks like so that you can make an informed decision.  

Copays are determined based upon insurance coverage and due at the time of service.  We require that a credit/debit card will be kept on file and services will be billed at the end of session.

Eight Winds Wellness partners with Compass 32 for billing, insurance, and all other financial questions.  Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question about billing, co-pays, insurance authorizations, or anything else and we will connect you directly with Compass 32  

Intake sessions are 90 minute appointments and involve reviewing your intake paperwork, history, identifying treatment objectives and beginning the development of a collaborative treatment plan.  Intake sessions are $225.  

Sessions may be booked in 30, 45, or 60 minute increments

30 Minute sessions are billed at $90

45 Minute sessions are billed at $145

60 Minute sessions are billed at $160

Federal Law requires that clients electing "self pay" be provided a Good Faith Estimate for services.  You may request an updated Good Faith Estimate at any time.  You may review the No Surprises Act by following the link below.

Your session time is held specifically for you.  There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy so that if you are unable to attend an appointment there is an opportunity to offer the time to another.  Cancellations under 24 hours will be billed at the time of cancellation or missed appointment.

Late Cancellation or Missed appointments are billed at a flat rate of $75.

We understand that sometimes emergencies come up.  If an emergency arises that requires you to miss your appointment please reach out.  Accommodations may be available.
